1.1 These terms and conditions apply to any use of the application "I'm Your CV" and to all agreements between the user (you) and Technolaar.
1.2 By using our application and/or purchasing a CV, you agree to these terms.
2.1 I'm Your CV offers a tool allowing users to enter personal and professional data to automatically generate a formatted CV (in PDF format).
2.2 We strive for the highest possible uptime but cannot guarantee that the service will be available without interruption at all times.
3.1 You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter on the CV.
3.2 You are allowed to use the app as a 'guest'. In that case, saved data is linked to the provided email address and can be claimed later by creating an account.
3.3 It is strictly forbidden to use the application to upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content (such as someone else's profile picture).
3.4 Technolaar reserves the right to block accounts or IP addresses in case of suspected abuse.
4.1 A one-time fee is charged for downloading a generated CV, as clearly indicated in the application.
4.2 Payments are processed instantly and securely via our payment provider (Stripe).
4.3 Right of withdrawal: Because the service consists of the direct delivery of digital content (a PDF file) not supplied on a tangible medium, you expressly agree that the execution begins immediately after payment. This voids your statutory cooling-off period of 14 days.
5.1 The intellectual property rights to the software, designs, code, and CV templates belong exclusively to Technolaar.
5.2 You naturally retain all rights to the personal content, texts, and photos you enter into the CV yourself.
5.3 After payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the generated PDF document for (job application) purposes.
6.1 Technolaar is not liable for the outcome of job applications, rejections, or any (indirect) damage arising from the use of the generated CV.
6.2 Although we use secure cloud storage, we are not liable for data loss. We recommend always saving your final PDF locally on your own computer or phone.
6.3 Technolaar's maximum liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
